Fulfilling a childhood vision towards animal welfare and conservation, Dr Lee has dedicated the past 22 years towards veterinary medicine, holding a license to practice in Singapore and Australia. A graduate from Murdoch University, Dr Lee has extensive clinical experience, having worked with the Animal Recovery Veterinary Referral Centre as a Senior Veterinary Surgeon from 2003 to 2007, during which she was also the Resident Veterinarian for the group’s Shanghai Veterinary Hospital from 2006 to 2007. She went on to run Defu Veterinary Surgery from 2007 to 2010, before returning to Animal Recovery until 2013. She was subsequently instrumental in the conceptualisation and setting up of Republic Veterinary Clinic, before founding Gentle Oak Veterinary Clinic in October 2015 — a practice she eventually entrusted to Mars Veterinary Health, with whom she remains a locum veterinary surgeon today — alongside her role as a Key Opinion Leader and Speaker/Trainer for IDEXX Laboratories and as a Clinical Partner KOL for AGeM Bio, where she is involved in clinical cancer research trials. With special interests in internal medicine and soft tissue surgery, Dr Lee also focuses on using a holistic and integrative approach in patient care, seamlessly combining allopathic medicine with complementary healthcare modalities such as Bowen Therapy, therapeutic grade essential oils, Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbal remedies and BodyTalk etc. She is the first veterinarian in Singapore to be a certified Bowen Therapist for Animals, BodyTalk Practitioner and a BodyTalk for Animals Practitioner. Nurturing her passion for animal welfare, Dr Lee is actively involved in animal conservation projects both locally and internationally, including her work with the orangutans in Borneo and her role as a Veterinarian Consultant for the Animal Concerns Research & Education Society (ACRES), where she has contributed to wildlife rescue treatments. Grateful for the opportunities to work with both domestic and wild animals, Dr Lee is an avid advocate of integrative medicine and takes the holistic approach of treating beyond the physical symptoms — a philosophy that extends home, where her own three cats, Portobello, Porcini and Enoki, are raised on a raw diet. She upholds her motto of ‘First, Do No Harm’ in her approach towards all her patients.

Luciana Oliveira is a pet nutritionist with over 17 years of experience in pet food and animal nutrition. She holds a Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Veterinary Clinic of Small Animals (with a research focus on canine and feline nutrition) from São Paulo State University. She also completed her PhD in Animal Nutrition & Dietetics at Ludwig Maximilian Universität in Munich (Germany) in 2007. Luciana has authored more than 20 scientific publications on animal nutrition, 12 of which are published in international scientific journals. Since 2010, she has been a full member of the technical committee of the Brazilian College of Animal Nutrition (CBNA). She was a Professor and Researcher of the Undergraduate and Master's Programme in Veterinary Medicine at UNISA, in the area of Dog and Cat Nutrition. Her expertise in formulating and developing pet foods also includes R&D roles within pet food giants, Nestlé-Purina and Royal Canin.

Dr. Sara Lam graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science from the University of Sydney in 2012. She is a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT) and a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (CVA). After working both in Australia and Singapore, she has developed a strong passion for palliative care for geriatric animals and rehabilitation for animals who suffer from musculoskeletal and nerve injuries. She is currently running RehabVet Clinic, which is the first animal rehabilitation veterinary clinic in Singapore, founded in 2016. Spearheading the animal rehabilitation industry in Asia, Dr Sara has brought the first small animal Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber into Asia from the United States of America, giving new hope to medical conditions that were once impossible to treat. In addition to her groundbreaking work in rehabilitation, Dr. Sara maintains a keen interest in pet nutrition, recognising its profound impact on overall health and recovery.

Jason grew up in a large ‘family’ - living alongside as many as 12 dogs, an adopted British Shorthair cat and rescued ailing birds. Each pet nurtured his understanding of their holistic needs and behavioural drivers. It has been his lifelong dream to ensure every pet has a loving home and receives the care they need in return for their incredible loyalty. BOM BOM’s meals were initially constructed for Jason’s “co-pilot,” Kyubi, and have since evolved to cater to the needs of other pets. This forms the underlying DNA of BOM BOM's mission to provide deliciously personalised meals catering to every palette or nutritional requirement. Food is an important expression of love and Jason derives tremendous joy from seeing furkids enjoy their mealtimes. Borrowing from 20 years of professional research experience, Jason applies a nutrigenomic and data-driven approach to meal formulation. His knowledge on farming husbandry and passion for food science is central to BOM BOM’s procurement ethos, where only the most appropriate and ethically sourced ingredients are found in our pets’ meals. Jason is a certified pet nutritionist and works with progressive vets from around the globe to address dermatological, immunological, gastrointestinal and musculoskeletal issues through holistic nutrition. Outside of pet nutrition research, Jason vows to spend at least 60% of his free time with his family of 4 shiba inus and caring for his Japanese koi.

Sophie's love for dogs started early, growing up with a Labrador, and it's only grown since — today her home is ruled by Raffi, the family Cockapoo and best friend to her two young boys. Alongside that lifelong bond with animals, she brings around fifteen years building consumer brands across many categories and markets around the world. At BOM BOM, the two come together. She's endlessly curious about the pets BOM BOM feeds and the owners who love them and passionate about the link between nutrition and overall health. It's that genuine care for families and their four-legged members, grounded in a belief that the best brands are built on real evidence and real understanding, that shapes everything she does here.

Sang Hee Park graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition Science from Duksung Women's University in Seoul. Sang Hee is also a nationally certified and licensed nutritionist who has been entrusted with Korea’s MFDS (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety) quarantine, food import and inspection processes. Her deep knowledge in nutrition is also bolstered by her half-decade long experience in R&D for whole foods and health supplement producers. She finds great fulfilment in helping pets who cannot choose their own food, while applying her holistic approach to natural and bioavailable nutrition. Sang Hee is trilingual in English, Korean and French.

Having worked with multinational corporations across Hong Kong and Singapore, Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in sales and client relationship management. As Head of Customer Solutions and Partnerships at BOM BOM, she leads the customer solutions team in delivering reliable customer experiences while cultivating strong, trusted partnerships that reflect the company's commitment to excellence. Growing up with dogs, Kelly has always loved animals. She started as a Dog Show handler at the age of 12. Her passion for canine health has given her a deep understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition in supporting pets' overall well-being. Her Siberian Husky was among the first few in Singapore to transition to the BOM BOM diet. Having witnessed the positive transformation firsthand strengthened her belief in the power of fresh, nutritionally balanced meals. Today, Kelly is dedicated to raising awareness of the benefits of fresh feeding among pet owners, so that more pets can enjoy healthier and happier lives.

As a Senior Operations Manager, Agnes oversees daily workflows and streamlines the supply chain to drive operational excellence and business growth. She draws on over 15 years of deep food manufacturing experience, which includes leading end-to-end logistics, QA management, and new facility setups across prominent industry players. By leveraging this extensive background, she effectively guides cross-functional teams to resolve complex bottlenecks and align daily operations with long-term strategic goals. Outside of her professional dedication, her anchor is Lucas, her 13-year-old senior Chihuahua. Caring for her tiny, aging companion has taught her profound patience, empathy, and adaptability—qualities she seamlessly translates into a resilient, steady leadership style. 

Rona's path to BOM BOM started long before she joined the team — as a customer, and the proud owner of three shiba inus who needed fresh food she could really believe in. Her career began as an insurance agent, before moving into business development, where she helped grow a pet industry brand across international markets. Chances are, if you've chatted with BOM BOM, you've chatted with Rona — she's often the one on the other end of the message. That blend of people-first service and partnership-building now shapes her work at BOM BOM today, where she manages partnerships, ambassador relationships, and customer care. It's the same care she brings to her own dogs' meals.

Jamie is the eye behind BOM BOM's videos and visuals, turning everyday feeding moments into stories worth stopping to watch. From social media reels to product packaging — her job is to make BOM BOM's meals look as good as they are and make the nutrition science behind them make sense to the general audience. The camera is Jamie's life, her soul, her weapon of choice. Since 2020, she has built a career behind the lens — as an in-house content producer, videographer, and photographer covering everything from outdoor events to indoor studio shoots. Jamie believes pets deserve to thrive, not just survive, and good nutrition is a huge part of getting there. With her camera in hand, she helps pet owners see not just what's in the bowl, but why it matters.

Jiani brings seven years of marketing and communications experience across global beauty, FMCG, luxury, and tech, before joining the pet nutrition space. At BOM BOM, she leads strategic marketing, performance marketing, event experiences, and retention efforts. She's a firm believer that customization is the future of pet care — that every pet deserves a plan built around who they are — and brings that same attention to detail to BOM BOM's mission: making fresh feeding clear and easy, so every pet parent can feed with confidence. Outside of work, Jiani loves exploring the unknown, whether it's a solo hiking or a spontaneous night walk, but it's the small details along the way that matter to her just as much as the adventure itself.

Eva brings over a decade of HR leadership experience across multinational corporations and growing businesses, with a strong passion for building end-to-end HR frameworks, policies and people processes that support sustainable business growth. She enjoys designing practical HR solutions that balance business needs with employee experience, while fostering a positive, collaborative and compliant workplace culture. Outside of work, Eva is an avid animal lover who shares her home with a Maltipoo puppy and has cared for both cats and dogs over the years. Her love for animals and people reflects her belief that trust, care and respect are the foundation of every meaningful relationship.

Li Ning is a Procurement Executive specializing in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. She works closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of quality products and services. Passionate about continuous improvement, she enjoys optimizing procurement processes and building strong business partnerships. She is committed to delivering efficient, reliable solutions that support the organization’s long-term success.

Regina is a graphic designer who got her start in the frozen seafood and food industry, working on packaging designs, some of which made it onto shelves in FairPrice. That experience taught her the basics of good design: keep it clear, keep it honest, and make sure it works in the real world, not just on a screen. At BOM BOM, she helps bring the brand to life through social media graphics, product packaging, EDMs, and printed materials, and supports pet photoshoots when needed. Her focus is on making sure every touchpoint stays clear, consistent, and true to what BOM BOM stands for, so pet owners can trust what they see.

Isaac is BOM BOM's IT Manager, responsible for the systems, platforms, and technology that keep the business running across Singapore and South Korea. He works across IT operations, vendor management, platform development, and cross-functional coordination - serving as the bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external developers. From day-to-day technical support to major platform overhauls, Isaac makes sure the infrastructure behind every custom meal plan is as reliable as what goes into the bowl.

Kimberley plays a central role at BOM BOM, working closely with teams across the business to keep systems running smoothly and evolving to meet the company's technology needs. Driven by a genuine love for pets and their wellbeing, Kimberley finds real purpose in helping build a platform that ultimately helps pet parents feed their furkids better. It's detail-heavy work that sits at the intersection of people, process and technology, all in service of building a platform that works better for everyone at BOM BOM.
